If you meet the criteria below, you could be our client:
- The apartment/property is located in the Meri-Lapi (Tornio, Keminmaa, Kemi, Simo) or Ii/Kuivaniemi area.
- The apartment/property has a "point of interest" such as a prestigious property, a sea view or a jacuzzi
- You are willing to make a commitment to let your property for at least six months (or for the Christmas season from 1 November to 15 January).
- You feel that the apartment/property could meet the criteria of a high quality / premium property (if necessary, we will do the styling together)
- You're ready to jump into the luxury investment business as early as Christmas 2024-2025

Our portfolio includes properties, apartments and cottages in the Tornio - Keminmaa - Kemi - Simo - Kuivaniemi - Ii area. If your property is located on the waterfront or in a particularly beautiful area or in the centre of a prestigious property, you are the person we are looking for.
We are now also looking to host accommodation units for Christmas 2024-2025 only. We do not charge fixed fees (commission-based fee for the days rented). A hosting contract from 1 November to 15 January is required to commit to the Christmas season.
Note! We do not accept apartment buildings where there are no guidelines/statements on short term rentals in the general meeting of the building (responsible accommodation and short term rentals are a matter of honour for us).
